Xerox Financial Operations Marketing Analyst in Wilsonville, Oregon


The Finance Operations Marketing Analyst is part of the Finance organization that is responsible for managing the end-to-end reimbursement process related to marketing and pricing programs. This position is responsible for tracking, auditing, and processing payments timely and in accordance with internal and external auditing standards. This role is also responsible for ensuring that all internal and external customers inquiries, disputes, and exceptions are addressed clearly and concisely.


  • Administer and implement a variety of marketing plan provisions and process claims accordingly.

  • Meet performance standards for financial accuracy, processing accuracy and claim timeliness.

  • Be proactive to ensure adherence to process and procedures and to provide resolution of issues found.

  • Responsible for maintaining an effective customer focus: communicating with and providing chargeback activity and supporting documentation to external and internal customers.

  • Identify, analyze, problem solve, and execute potential improvements promptly with Distributor interactions surrounding processing, marketing, communication, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal Accounts Receivable team to resolve and reconcile any outstanding deductions .

  • Acts as point of contact for all internal and external customers resolving questions and service related items.

  • Understand workflows & interdependencies of Marketing spending among Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Create and maintain reports to track progress of deduction resolution on a monthly basis.

  • Support/create accruals, perform reconciliations.

  • Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and procedures.

  • Participate and/or contribute to special projects as needed.

  • Minimum Education Level: B.A./B.S. Degree required or relevant experience, with degrees in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.

  • Business Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing and distribution model.

  • Technology: Proficient in most Microsoft applications, emphasis with Excel; Oracle experience a plus.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines; Demonstrated attention to detail.

  • Excellent analytical and investigative abilities are required.

  • Works well with moderate supervision/guidance.

  • Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail and commitment to quality a must.
