Xerox Digital Marketing Associate in Wilsonville, Oregon
The Digital Marketing Associate scopes, defines, manages, and leads the implementation of digital online multi-media content development projects from inception to production launch. In this key role, the Digital Marketing Associate understands internal partners’ business challenges and strategies, and draws from a deep knowledge of current tools, platforms, and technologies, and an awareness of emerging trends within digital media to publish innovative global programs and solutions with high conversion actions and lead generation.
The Digital Marketing Associate will be knowledgeable in the stages of a digital web project with the following responsibilities:
Serve as project manager on multiple assignments, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Understand all phases of the project lifecycle. Create and manage plans and schedules for projects, estimating hours for internal resources and detailing deliverables and timelines for all production and communicating to internal partners
Drive the development, creative and content marketing resources toward delivery of the project on-schedule while managing internal team workflow and task assignments.
Identify and communicate risks that may impact the project, along with a plan to address them, and a view of the strengths and weaknesses as well as exposures with each
Deliver global digital programs built to internal partner’s specification and goals, and digital marketing processes and best practices, using content management systems.
Understand pain points and benefits of Xerox businesses to provide digital marketing suggestions to Digital Marketing Manager.
Build global pages in content management system(s) including conversion actions resulting in lead generation
Understand SEO best practices and leverage tools for implementing SEO on designated pages.
Support day-to-day relationships with third party digital marketing vendors
Oversee final QA of projects and hand off to Digital Marketing Manager for approval and delivery to internal partner
Use analytics to evaluate site optimization opportunities
Must be willing and able to learn new tools, processes and platforms as business needs evolve, while also contributing to the development and streamlining of those processes

Has a high degree of energy, motivation and dedication to quality and excellence
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently in both conceptual and technical realms with internal clients, partners and team members
Shows a clear ability to work autonomously, with solid, analytical decision-making skills
Has an ability to motivate, support and understand project team members, ranging from designers to developers to content strategists
New college graduate or recently graduated with 2-3 years’ experience in project management of digital based projects
Experience on large-scale digital design projects, conceiving and editing innovative features
Familiarity with responsive design and mobile first experiences
Experience with CMS systems preferably Wordpress and Drupal
Experience working through technical implementation with development teams
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Excel. Familiarity with SmartSheet, Assembla, Google Docs or equivalent a plus
Familiarity of site tracking, testing and optimizations tools, SEO/SEM techniques
Experience working with outside suppliers, production companies
Front-end coding skills not required, but a plus
