This new and exciting position reports to the VP/GM of Digital Manufacturing and will drive innovative new product offerings for the Xerox into new markets. The right candidate will have the opportunity to be a thought leader, have a significant impact on a fast-growing market, and shape the future of our product portfolio.

Acting in a lean startup model, this role will be at the intersection of business and technical teams, creating and managing the product vision and roadmap that will be regularly updated based on customer feedback, market analysis, competitive dynamics, and agile development. It will be critical to define the minimum viable product (MVP) quickly and iterate to refine the product-market fit and validate the business case for further investment. This role will operate within an entrepreneurial environment inside a Xerox Corporation that aims to accelerate product development while taking advantage of access to a wide range of global customers


  • Responsible for the development of product definition and solution plans to optimize the company's new innovation products and portfolio.Identifies new growth areas, new technology and emerging product / service opportunities, in order to stay competitive and expand market share.

  • Conducts market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products and/or new products.

  • Collaborates with research and development to create products and offerings.

  • Includes roles focused on technology platform marketing guidance and evangelism to a broad range of external parties.

  • Focus is on 'printing beyond documents’.

  • To ensure implementation of product “Go to Market Strategies” for the

  • Digital Manufacturing innovation products and offerings (printing beyond documents) to determine offering viability and/or deliver revenue and profit plans.

  • This position is also responsible for seamless launch of new products and solutions by leading value chain partners to implement all enablers that deliver a timely launch and fast ramp to volume.


  • Set business model direction including pricing, coverage and support/delivery for new innovation offerings.

  • Accountable for financial results of this innovation offering revenue and profit plan for Xerox.

  • ls accountable for identifying target market segments and go to market strategy and implementation (including validation of 'minimum viable product').

  • Work substantially with external vendors / partners.Makes product / platform trade-off decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the launch of new strategic innovation business offerings

  • Work with value chain partners to solve problems / remove road blocks to ensure a successful product launch

  • Act as key interface with internal and external partners managing product strategies/planning though lifecycle including post-sale growth.

  • Develop and deploy product Go-to-Market plan for optimal time to volume

  • Manage field communication content development and deployment, including sales and marketing and client engagements.

  • Develop marketing actions to meet revenue and activity targets. Responsible for pricing to ensure product prices are in line with market expectations.

Candidate Education:

  • Minimum: BS degree

  • Preferred: MBA degree

  • Proficient negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.

  • Experience leading fast paced programs with a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Strong financial skills, ability to understand financial statements (revenue, margins, profit, ROS).


  • Successful commercial business or program management experience.

  • Entrepreneurial product manager with record of success in agile team or incubation.
