Xerox Global Partner Enablement Manager in United States
We are the Global Channel Marketing & Enablement team. We work with our peer teams across the world and with our partner business teams making sure our priorities are translated into marketing plans and activities that make our partners choose and prefer Xerox as their key partner over the competition.
Consolidate clear messaging toward partners that encourages investment and mindshare into joining or expanding their partnership with Xerox
Coordinates training for key Xerox partners across multiple Xerox business units and teams
Works closely with the sales organizations to develop and implement training strategies to support the value propositions of Xerox and our offerings
Develop and implement appropriate quarterly marketing actions to successfully drive growth in unit activity and revenue
Maximize market development funds (MDF) to ensure partners are capitalizing on the Xerox investment with marketing activities that align to our strategy
Build effective working relationships with the business teams, sales organizations and senior management to ensure end-to-end implementation of strategic goals
Creates collateral and marketing assets to drive awareness and visibility to key Xerox messages
Translate Xerox strategy into partner marketing business plans, campaigns & collateral aligned for and with partners based on business priorities- You will recommend execution tactics our partners can work towards and through their partners for larger impact.
Develops partner recruitment & onboarding campaigns and processes to expedite path to revenue
Create, administer, and keep updated the master partner training schedule for assigned partners
Consolidates clear messaging toward partners that encourages investment and mindshare and, in turn, provides clear feedback to marketing. One portfolio message
Build and manage product/program launch with partners to insure they can effectively support launches
Working with the Product Marketing team, the incumbent will ensure materials are is up-to-date, effective and available for easy access by our partners
Attend marketing meetings coordinating with key stakeholders to align on promotion activity, training and marketing activities
Maximize Market Development Funds (MDF), insuring that partners are capitalizing on the Xerox investment with marketing activities that align to our strategy. This includes streamlining process and insuring partners are adhering to brand guidelines.
Plan and execute campaigns for new product introductions based on launch plans
Conceptualize campaigns and drive creative element with creative team and agencies
Using strong analytical skills, the incumbent will build and present standard monthly Executive reports to summarize partner marketing progress
Must have experience working at or with a US reseller for 5 years
Understands the channel needs - their language, their pain points and who they really are
Financially savvy; understands the full financial picture and P&L
Are a modern marketer – understanding the importance of partner and partner persona’s, data lead and have executed campaign using modern omni-channel tactics
Not a stranger to technology - you feel comfortable with technology (though you're probably not an SE).
You've written messaging document before that articulated the value of technology or programs to your audience in a manner that really enticed them.
You have worked with global teams, with whom you collaborated with and executing top company priorities.
You can balance strategy and tactics. You are a doer - you see around corners, breaking barriers, wearing multiple hats while getting things done.
