Xerox Demand Generation Campaign Manager in United States

Working in our Global Demand Center organization you will have experience in, or aptitude for, campaign/program management end-to-end strategy/plan/execution, marketing automation capabilities, and digital marketing.

You will work with our marketing teams on the creation of digital marketing strategies and execute marketing campaigns (with support of Marketo execution team) and ongoing nurture programs using omni-channel engagement channels (paid media/digital advertising, social (owned, earned, paid), organic web and e-mail, from strategy, to design, to reporting.

The role presents the opportunity to learn new Marketo skills and use these to accelerate program performance.

Scope of Role: All areas and territories of the Xerox business


  • Demand Gen 2.0Innovation & Strategic Programs Roadmap:

  • Lead the strategy/plan/executionfor Xerox’s first-ever ‘Always On’ demand gen/nurture programs usingdata-driven triggers.

  • Examples include:Customer Lifecycle Nurture; NewCustomer/Purchase; Post Event Nurture; Supplies/Program Adoption; MIF Upgrade;Competitive MIF/Usage Targeting;

  • Partner with other CampaignManagers to integrate ‘Always On’ programs with global campaign roadmap,contact lists, etc.

  • Build strategic programs asrequired by LOB/Regions.

  • RegionPrograms:Best Practice Program DesignConsultancy

  • Working with Regions/LOBs anddemand generation campaign managers advise on best practice program design(e.g. nurture stream, campaign mix), email design, and list strategy usingmarketing automation software.

  • Coordinate with Marketo Executionteam and Region/LOB program owners on program execution/metrics and replicating‘best practice’ programs.

  • Collaborate withMarketo Execution Team to:

  • Deliver and implement the designand creation of automated campaigns using marketing automation software forRegion/LOB programs and Always On programs.

  • Provide analytics/insights-drivenreporting to help develop better campaign/programs

  • Marketo ProgramDesign/Execution & Digital Thought Leadership (10-20% of role

  • Develop Marketo skills andunderstand Marketo capabilities to drive best practice program design/results.

  • As needed, create simple emailprograms in Marketo including email design, list upload, email test/send, andmetrics.

  • Become a thought leader on allthings digital, including marketing automation capabilities, lead managementstrategies (scoring interactions and nurturing prospects and customers), andthe intersection between marketing automation (web & email) and the contactmanagement system ( and marketing and sales processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing,Business, Computer Science or related fields preferred)

  • 3 years of proven successfulmarketing experience in executing and measuring marketing campaigns

  • Other digital marketingknowledge, education or aptitude

  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills, ableto work in a team environment effectively and manage virtual people networks.

  • Demonstrated computer andsoftware skills

  • Ability to work independently ina fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Strong organizational, projectmanagement and analytical skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
