Job Role Summary
- Supports the Finance Director with the development, implementation, maintenance and review of financial plans, processes, analyses and controls. Typical areas include planning, forecasting and analysis
- Providing support to the Belgium/Luxemburg and the Netherlands (incl. Veenman) financial Controlling area / activities. Responsibilities include providing reporting and analysis, month end close support and general financial assistance to the Finance Director of Belgium/Luxemburg and the Netherlands.

Analysis and validation of accruals for indirect business (rebates)
Key Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree In accounting, finance or business preferred
Preferred Master's Degree
Knowledge of financial systems – Essbase/Smartview and XSAP
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
MS Access desirable
Regional Financial Systems knowledge/experience beneficial
Good communication and organsiation skills
Proven analytical skills with high degree of attention to accuracy and detail
Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
