• Responsible for the development, implementation and-or administration of company of company HR Processes



• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops relationships with clients/prospects and insurers to ensure delivery of effective and efficient service

• Keeps up-to-date with current legislative topics

• May provide advice on the effect of actual or anticipated changes in law

• May provide administration advice and guidance to clients, and may manage small clients

Candidate Education:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Candidate Background:

Minimum Through prior work experience candidate has basic skills to perform routine tasks

Minimum Flexible in attitude towards changes in work assignments & working hours

Minimum Proficient in the creation and delivery of presentations to convey information

Minimum Demonstrable experience in a customer facing role

Minimum The ability to analyze issues and to find resolution to problems by using a rational, systematic approach

Minimum Demonstrates a proactive approach to work with initiative and drive
