Job Purpose:

The primary objective of the XFS Sales Manager is to lead a high performance sales team in achieving continuous leasing volume and GP and client satisfaction. Achievement of these objectives will be delivered through skills development, coaching, Governance process, collaboration and communication with employees, peers and clients.

Scope:

This position has accountability to acquire, retain and grow business in new and existing accounts for the three Xerox GTM Organisations.Total XFS Sales headcount Management responsibility. The role must be able to hire, coach, develop and retain employees. The role holder engages and interfaces with C-level clients and works cross-organisationally with the three Xerox lines of Business to achieve business results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve XFS Team volume, Penetration targets per line of Business as well as the XFS Country Margin Target.

  • Achieve client satisfaction objectives through engagement and growth of multi-level client relationships, account strategic plans, and client communications process discipline of team members.

  • Develop and sustain a high performance sales team through continuous selection, hiring, on-boarding, development, coaching and motivation of team members.

  • Provide sales and commercial leadership through sales opportunity assessment and strategy development, presentations, negotiations, perseverance, best use of resources, deal coaching and continuous best-practice sharing

  • Interpret and communicate Xerox corporate and local direction, strategies, actions and expectations to the lines of Business.

  • Analyse and interpret performance metrics and other data to make timely and informed decisions and set the required actions plans to meet annual XFS country Activity objectives

  • Drive performance management through inspection and coaching; communicating performance concerns and taking corrective action as required.

  • Work collaboratively across the organisation (Xerox Sales, XFS Operations, Risk and Finance, Pricing, Commercial Group, Legal, Marketing, etc.) to enable high performance through innovative and ethical sales, account management and contracting.

  • Drive sales process discipline via appropriate Governance process and make fact based decisions through expectation setting, analysis and utilisation of sales and sales performance data

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide regular and accurate forecasts regards to the XFS Country business including specifics on "large deals" (Large Public Tenders, MPS , HEP & Inkjet)

  • Identify and develop business relationships with key influencers and decision makers within each of the GTM

  • Implement management processes for non standard leasing business that ensures adherence to internal code of conduct and FLA guidelines, and which drives business that is profitable

  • Develop a business plan which enables a balanced level of new business profit to maximise achievement of both XFS and Country target objectives

  • Involvement within "Large Deals" at a customer level

  • Coordinate and analyse market feedback requirements. Effective coaching to all staff in aspects of Finance function and leasing specifies e.g. in lease.

  • Support and present formal leasing training material

  • Ensure database and contact details are maintained and updated

  • Ensure Sales Team activity is reported in XFS CRM Tool as appropriate

  • Promote XFS tools & Solutions that provide Value add for our Indirect Partners and enable XFS to embrace more Business such as the XFS Ilease app

  • Integrate the XFS Approval/Conversion metrics in his Sales process Management
