Purpose of the Role :
Primary contact for all Indirect Channel Partners with regards to all operational functions ensuring that the customer is fully satisfied. Key areas of focus are but are not limited to Sales Support, Third Party Solutions Support, Managed Document Services Support, Partner Portal Administration, Generic Query Management and additional sales support admin tasks.
Scope of the Role:
To provide operational support to the UK Indirect Channel Resellers, to achieve the total delivery of over $180m in 2018 and beyond.
Act as a centre of competence and support for thefollowing.
Generic Partner Support
Partner Portal - Facilitate and process tocompletion any non standard pricing requests that cannot be managed by thepartner.
Query Management - Act as a point of escalation forQuery Management System, to ensure speedy resolution and query handling targetsare met.
Sales Support - Indirect Sales Activities &Operations Manager in the operational construction and delivery of the 306090revenue and unit outlook. Provide Partner Management support forSalesforce.com.
In addition to the above the individual shall alsohave responsibility for the following but not limited to:
Managed Print Service – Partner Support for Xeroxsuite of Managed Print Service tools, Operations staff on boarding, ApplicationSupport and escalation
Third Party Software and Hardware Solutions -Support quotations, special bid requests, renewal, order to collect process,query handing
Additional sales support role forChannel Business Managers
Background, Experience and Qualifications:
Ideally, knowledge and experience in working in Partner environment or in a fast moving sales environment.
Self-motivated and able to prioritise work load accordingly
Ability to be part of a team, sharing ideas and supporting where necessary
Ability to use own initiative and make fast, sound, balanced business decisions.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Good understanding of CRM and ERP systems i.e SAP and Salesforce.com
Query Management System, non-standard pricing requests,
Experience in use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes and in particular Excel
Familiarisation of Xerox Managed Print Service tools or other MPS
