Purpose:

• The Business analyst supports all of needed development and improvement of the Leasing applications and related

process structures for designated countries allocated to the analysts within the CLG Application management team.

Scope:

• This role will be allocated specific countries to provide support on iLease, ProFinance and Data Warehouse functions.

The activity will be to represent the CLG Application management strategy to those countries, maintaining an excellent

dialogue with senior management in the Countries and keeping them informed of the strategic and tactical changes that

are planned. The role will also represent those countries in promoting change requests and prioritising work.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the day to day business relationship with designated countries

  • Manage the communication of strategies and tactical changes in the applications used within the leasing business

  • Assist the countries in producing change requests which will represent the country requirements, including the alignment

of such change requests to the technicalities of the application systems; as well as supporting the metrics of the business

case for such change requests

  • Working on specific projects, work with designated project management and country users to complete the user

acceptance testing, change management and implementation of development deliverables to the applications

  • Maintain a working knowledge at a technical level of the ProFinance system or any other portfolio processor used by the

Leasing business to support the business in improvements and delivery of releases in this system

  • Working in conjunction with the country managers, support change management in the countries to ensure business

controls, process changes and user training is identified and included in project deliveries

  • Assist the countries in producing change requests with technical input, providing strategic guidance from the centre and

input for the strength of business justification for the change requests

  • Work with the countries and the centre on scrub requirements and other internal control necessities

  • iLease

  • Manage data in the iLease system for the designated countries – including the administrator role where required

  • Manage documents in the system, including development and maintenance of documents using technical generation

tools

Candidate Education:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or similiar experience

Candidate Background: Skills, Knowledge & Ability:

Minimum Must have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & PowerPoint)

Minimum Competent with advanced features & database functionality of Microsoft Excel and Access

Minimum Must be comfortable accessing data in geographically relevant systems. (CSPL, DSSP, PDW2, SFDC, SMP, etc.)

Minimum Must have business sense

Minimum Demonstrate the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues of a similar status, both formally and informally

Minimum Sales Field Support Experience (finance, marketing)

Minimum Services support background

Minimum A sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
