The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an early career Finance Professional to join our Global Corporate Treasury team in the role of Junior Treasury Analyst. The successful candidate will assist with the management of cash and foreign exchange transactions within a centralized Global Corporate Treasury Operation, supporting Xerox Global Operations, whilst ensuring compliance with Xerox policies and internal controls.

The Treasury Analyst position requires a diligent and focused individual willing to learn and develop in a Global Corporate Treasury Centre. The role will entail a close interaction with a small, focused Corporate Treasury team in a busy environment.

Main Responsibilities

The Treasury Analyst will be part of a team that:

  • Manage the daily Global cash positioning for Xerox entities ensuring that the optimum cash balances are maintained in the correct locations and funded in the correct manner on a timely basis. This includes booking intercompany loans & deposits and management of Xerox US and International short-term cash investments.

  • Manage the Corporate Treasury foreign exchange transactions and bank accounts ensuring all bank accounts are appropriately funded and Foreign exchange trades settled as contracted

  • Assist with the Global Intercompany Netting Cycle to ensure efficient settlement of intercompany payments and receipts while minimizing FX exposure

  • Instruct and settle payments daily ensuring all payment deadlines are adhered to.

  • Ensure there are no outstanding cash receipts or payments on the bank accounts.

  • Liaise with Treasury accounting, internal & external auditors to ensure all Treasury activities are compliant with internal controls & are conducted in accordance with Xerox polices, external laws and regulations.

  • Assist Global Foreign Exchange Team with daily tasks and daily currency management process

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as required
