Responsible for Production Support in the Oracle’s Fusion Cloud HCM solution and could fall into some of the following activities:”

· Business Process Analysis

· Interface design specifications

· Regression Testing

· Application configurations- Global HR

· Security administration, data roles, custom roles, etc.

· Data Privacy – audit and compliance

· Data management – troubleshooting

· Absence Management

· Approval Workflows

· Personalization

· Conversions – HDL, Payroll Batch Loader and Spreadsheet loader

· HCM Extracts

· Fast Formulas

· BI Publisher reporting

4-6 years of experience in HCM role.
