Xerox Service Centre Coordinator with French in Iasi, Romania

· Handle requests received by mail;

· Proactively manage the alerts on consumables change (with support from the consumables management tool or with the DRAs);

· Managing different stock safes (order through ESAP to send from Villepinte-Vanesse building);

· Anticipate consumable orders during rollouts;

· Manage and follow-up for un-received orders for all accounts;

· Send & follow stock safes inventories;

· Escalate all issues & complaints;

· Take into account all requests (break/fix, consumable, MACD etc.);

· Register requests;

· Handle or initiate corresponding support actions;

· Incidents follow-up;

· Follow consumable orders made by a customer;

· Availability, ability to handle urgent & stressful situations;

· Perfect knowledge of the support teams, their respective intervention scope (technical, functional) & their intervention process/conditions;

· Used to telephone communication, conversations (outgoing calls);

· Ease of expression & explanation;

· Sense of service & customer satisfaction;

· Good written & spoken French (English can also be useful);

· Good knowledge of office tools & XSM, ESAP;

· General IT culture, understanding;

· Knowledge of the print environment (MFP, printer, fax);
