The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • designing, building and executing omni-channel communication/nurture campaigns aimed at our Direct and Indirect sales force, globally

  • analysing the effectiveness of the campaigns (with a view to continuous improvement) working closely with technologies including Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence


Primary job duties fall under three main categories: Creative, Campaign Management, Data Management/Reporting:


  • Write powerful copy to be used in emails, websites, notifications and SMS messages

  • Create or edit impactful HTML emails, web pages, banners and other digital entities, following company Brand guidelines

  • Write scripts, create/edit short videos

Campaign Management

  • Design automated campaigns

  • Build & execute campaigns using Marketo software

  • Perform A/B testing

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Measure the metrics, capture and provide business insights, and consistently report impact.

The role is high profile reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, also providing good exposure across the business, globally. Working within a small and dynamic team it provides the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects and have a real impact on the success of the business.


  • 2-5 years of proven successful marketing experience in planning, developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, online marketing

  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage complex projects as a self-starter

  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written) essential

  • An eye for detail

  • A good degree of creative flair, design

  • Proven ability to write impactful copy

  • Experience using Marketo (or similar marketing automation tool) and creating HTML

  • Strong customer focus, committed to delivering results.

  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a team environment effectively and manage virtual people networks.

  • Strong organisational and campaign/project management ability

  • Good analytical skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Business Intelligence platforms an advantage

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing, Communications or Business degree preferred
