•Drive Key Partner recruitment and on boarding in Commercial Space
•Build strong partner and customer relationship there by retaining Xerox leadership in the market.
•Drive Work Team and Work Group products through commercial partners.
•Achieve revenue and unit goals for A4 products and Supplies
•Develop Xerox India as a major player competitor in the A4 segment
•Enhance Xerox India coverage in A4 Business by recruiting Partners in Commercial and Enterprise space covering all major markets in India.
•Deliver A4 business with high focus on Work Team and Work Group product portfolio (mid and high end A4 products.
•Maintain focus on partner productivity
•Develop best in class Feet on Street capability and constantly monitor training and ways to improve it
•Be Instrumental in developing strong value prepositions for WT/WG products there by increasing the chances of winning in the market.
•Ensure Business Health for A4 by tracking and driving the activity, revenues for the business
•Sharing and implementing the Best practices for A4 business across product, supply penetration
•Competitive benchmarking for A4 business
•Ensure channel motivation & retention
•Deploy efficient coverage of the key market segments and implement a robust and disciplined sales management process to ensure proper coverage and productivity of team and partners.
•Develop and implement actions and programs to improve customer and partner experience of owning and transacting with Xerox
•Continuously improve the capability and performance of the partner’s sales representatives by regular trainings and reviews.

Background and Experience
•Should have sound knowledge of industry.
•Should have hands on experience in Channel management & End Customer Management
•10 - 12 years of channel experience and A4 portfolio
•Minimum 3-4 years in a Regional role.
•People management skills
•Degree in Bachelor of Engineering
•MBA would be desirable
