Grow Market share, Revenue & GP in IDO Business across all key verticals – Office A4, A3/ PSG and Paper Business.
Develop strategic relation with IDO Distributors across 5 countries to drive market share
Provide all the enablement’s to IDO distributors by working with various teams in India ( Marketing, CSO, Finance , CA )
Increase Market coverage and value added growth for Paper Business
Develop Xerox India as a major player in International markets and in particular the key markets of Srilanka & Bangladesh
Enhance Xerox India coverage on IDO Operations and Paper Business.
Own the accountability for IDO and Paper business P&L.
Ability to work with CEO’s/ Owner of Distributor in respective country in particular Srilanka and Bangladesh to drive market coverage through unique strategy
Closely work with Xerox India senior leadership team and other functional teams to get best support for driving business in IDO/ paper.
Streamline the process and improve all business process are fully in place for driving and capturing maximum business.
Ability to work with various paper Mills CEO to get best share for Xerox paper.
Deliver IDO business with high focus on profitable product portfolio of high end A3 and PSG.
Develop quality partners, distributors and maintain focus on partner productivity and expand dealer base for Paper Business
Expand reseller network and enhance Xerox India coverage
Develop best in class Fleet on Street capability and constantly monitor training and ways to improve it
Develop strong partner schemes and rebate propositions for Paper dealers
Develop strong base of value added partner network
Develop Prospect tunnels to the tune of 3x to 10x
Drive the overall Business Model for IDO through product, finance and sales teams
Ensure Business Health for IDO by tracking and driving the activity, revenues and Gross Profit for the business
Sharing and implementing the Best practices for IDO business across product, supply penetration
Competitive benchmarking for IDO business
Ensure channel motivation & retention
Develop and implement actions and programs to improve customer and partner experience of owning and transacting with Xerox
Continuously improve the capability and performance of the people and the organization. Identify and deploy training to accelerate the achievement of benchmark productivity

Background and Experience
15 -20 years of channel experience
Minimum 3-4 years in a Regional role.
People management skills
Degree level with an MBA
Engineering / Technology background preferred
