Role specific competencies
Should have in-depth knowledge on following SAP modules (minimum two modules):
Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD) , Financial Accounting (FI), Human Capital Management (HCM), SAP CO (Controlling).
Must have experience in troubleshooting issues & provide resolution to the end users under high pressure environments.
Must have experience in Supporting 24x7 mission critical SAP environments
As a second-level support resource, Application Support Analysts are:
Maximise operational stability / availability of SAP Integrated ERP solution, in line with agreed service level agreement(s)
Responsible for incident / problem ticket management, following ITIL processes, ensuring all relevant information is appropriately analysed and recorded.
Establish, maintainand review operational procedures intheassigned area of responsibility, ensuring there accuracy,effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide appropriate statusupdatestokey stakeholders, business teams, ASA Coordinators and Managers, via effective ticket management.
Effective monitoring of operational support issues to identify actions required to maintain/improveservicelevels.
Support high level assessment of programmed change as a “subject matter expert” (SME).
Responsible for the day-to-day liaison between XIM and designated suppliers, to ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
Adhere to governance / controls with Business and Third Party suppliers
Bachelor’s DegreeinComputer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance,other related fieldor equivalent work experience(2 years).
Relevant support experience in an ITIL background.
Experience of second level support.
Experience in the use of SAP toolset.
