Xerox Analyst II, Financial Planning & Analysis in Guatemala, Guatemala

Purpose:

The Financial Senior Analyst role will provide support to the expense management area of USCBO COEs, as assigned. Support includes consolidation of financial reporting & analysis, development of productivity models (ABC / business cases), annual budget preparation support, and general financial assistance to COE management and the USCBO Finance team. May also include Accounts Receivable reporting and forecasting support.

Scope:

Individual contributor who interfaces frequently with COE and Finance management. May interface with vendors, as required.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Consolidation of monthly financial results, analyze & interpret financial information, i.e. financial outlooks, G&A, headcount, & ad hoc analysis

  • Support the development of the annual budget / periodic forecasting through reporting & analysis

  • Approve journal entries & purchase orders, as required

  • Participate in the monthly financial closing process

  • Update reporting databases using Tableau & MS Access

  • Understand business issues and provide support concerning business policy & resource allocation to improve financial performance

  • Analyze & publish quarterly ABC models

  • Participate and present financials in reviews with COE leaders

  • Review, validation, revision of business cases and / or cost allocation methods.

  • Implement process improvement or simplification initiatives to work processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

  • 3-5 years of experience working with multinational companies in finance or accounting

  • Financial planning and analysis experience required

  • Knowledge of both Balance Sheet and P&L

  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

  • Proficiency of English, both written and oral communication skills

  • Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities

  • Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail

  • Leadership, problem solving skills, and time management skills

  • Ability to analyze complex issues, develops an action plan, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of financial software, such as Oracle Hyperion Smart View for Office & Oracle

  • Knowledge of MS Access, Tableau & basic database structure

  • Ability to lead projects & assignments
