About the role

Working within our Developing Markets Operation (DMO) we are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of and support the Xerox Channel Print Services business with our Basic Print Services (BPS) offering. The main responsibilities of this role will see you;

  • Provide strategic programme management and support to the BPS toolsetoffering project

  • Supporting development of BPS interface as well as its integration intovarious inhouse toolsets

  • Developing key internal relationships Information Management, GlobalRemote Services as well as various other Xerox business units

  • Developing key external relationships including Tata Consulting Servicesand other vendors

  • Collaborating with Xerox Lines of Business (LOB) to develop and definebaseline project metrics and revenue allocation processes

  • Liaising with Customer Service Operation and support their BPSobjectives in deployment

  • Collaborating with various regions on roll out, feedback collation andfollow up with vendors

  • Delivery and support of the L&D strategy
