About the role

The key purpose of the role is to drive the regional implementation of Xerox Apps & Solutions strategy. This strategic initiative is a critical enabler of Xerox business expansion ambition in both SMB & Large Enterprise segments.

As the successful applicant you will be the regional lead for any Sales & Marketing related activities enabling Apps & Solutions adoption and revenue growth and will also be responsible for expanding local ecosystem of Authorized Developers and partners. As the SME you will be the primary interface to local management teams including Direct Sales, Channels and various Support Services

The primary responsibility of the Applications Program Business Manager will support the on-boarding of new Partner Applications Builder (PAB) partners and leverage Independent Solution Vendor's (ISV) capabilities in region as well as the Apps business development with the direct Sales teams. This will be achieved by:

  • Implementing Apps oriented naccreditation programme to assist in developing Xerox applications

  • Partner e-Commerce platform adoptionand revenue by partner from the platform.

  • Providing management information anddashboards

  • Implement and support XeroxApplications strategy at a regional & country level.

  • Develop / maintain an in depthunderstanding of the Xerox/ISV’s/Partner Apps offerings in the DMOcountries / regions.

  • Exploring ways to on-board localISV’s to leverage new capabilities and extend the Apps catalogue.

  • Monitor the full adoption of thetraining programmes. Ensure full compliancy between the target audienceand the participants.

  • Track the key accomplishmentsagainst the Personalised Applications Builder adoption in go-to-marketorganisations

  • Propose, design and track an AppsAccreditation scheme aimed at partners in conjunction with the CentralChannel team

  • Track the usage of the XAGe-commerce platform (Apps category, revenue etc.).

  • Deliver proactive and ad-hocdashboards and reports to the various stakeholders (e.g. go-to-marketleaders, global Workplace Solutions Business Group) on a regular basis tomeasure key achievements/gaps.

RequiredBackground, Experience & Capabilities:

  • Apps & Solutions Marketing &Sales Experience and knowledge.

  • Successful track record of sales andmarketing roles.

  • Demonstrated sound knowledge of thestrategic issues facing customers in different industry sectors

  • Demonstrates understanding ofbusiness model and drivers in Channel partner organisations coupled with astrong financial understanding, along with business, market andcompetitive knowledge.

  • Very familiar with theApps/Solutions Business model and the Indirect business.

  • Interest and knowledge of moderntechnologies (IoT's, Mobility, Cloud Services)

  • Demonstrated ability to workcross-functionally

  • Experience in interfacing withcustomers and presentations/demonstrations

  • Flexible and open to change
