Provide billing support to include:

• Data collection and consolidation

• Audit for accuracy and timeliness of billing metrics

• Analyze and provide recommendations for optimization

• Review invoices and reports with customer billing representative

• Develop field/client billing reports and presentations

• Focal point for billing issue resolution

• Provide billing process conformance training to field staff

• Liaison between Xerox billing entities and client

•Process and follow up on adjustment packages

• Collects Client Associate overtime reporting to ensure proper billing

• Use of Computer: Email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

• Basic bookkeeping skills

• Ability to read/interpret contract format and language

• Knowledge/experience with billing systems and their requirements

• Customer relation skills; interpersonal skills

• Deliver requirements under time constraints

• Resolve contractual billing problems

• Use initiative and independent action

• Ability to support multiple managers or teams

• Experienced delivering services in a client environment

• 2-3 years experience with resolving client contractual issues or billing
