Responsible for:
* Managing a team of order schedulers
* Prioritizing orders for seven internal operating companies
* Ensuring the required level of service is met
* Working with the planning team to link inbound equipment to customer orders
* Handling customer escalations
* Maintaining customer-facing equipment availability documents
* Creating and managing the weekly equipment build plan for US warehouses
* Leading improvement projects
