Xerox Inside Partner Manager in Wilsonville, Oregon

Purpose:

• Year over year revenue growth and attainment of sales revenue quota as well as specific key selling objectives. • Provide consultative sales support & remote training to business partners

• Establish and maintain an effective partnership with business partners, gain agreement to expectations and monitor for compliance

• Work and support channel partners to meet or exceed targeted sales goal

• Assist partners in closing sales, opportunity identification and pipeline management

• Assist in driving the performance of partners to meet or exceed metrics, goals or objectives

• Generate consistent sales growth in all areas of the business through education, service and initiatives.

• Telephonically support partners by managing skills, competency and performance of all available products and programs.

• Resolve Customer Satisfaction issues as required.

• Educate partners on products, programs, promotions, competitive advantages and how to sell products to customers through product knowledge sessions via Live Meetings or Brainshark

• Source and recruit new business partners as required.

• Maintain active communication and follow up with Business Partners on all Deals registered in their area.

• Update the PRM tool with all event activity

• Results oriented with a Customer driven approach

Candidate Education:

2 years of sales experience

Strong Communication and follow-up skills

Leadership skills

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills

Time Management skills

Demonstrate business maturity and strong financial acumen

Understands the fundamentals of running a small-business (e.g revenue, cost, profit, sales, marketing)

Conveys professionalism and credibility

Effectively drives results by working with others.
