Xerox Digital Marketing Manager in Wilsonville, Oregon
Acts as the site Marketing owner for a major section of Xerox.com along with regional responsibility. Proactively work globally with line of business marketers to deliver strong, contemporary digital experience with strong relevant content that increases lead generation and business impact on Xerox.com. Works in an Agile environment using analytics and test-and-learn methods to rapidly improve site experience while communicating with business partners on a regular basis.
Owns, drives the development of and accountable for implementation of an integrated global digital experience for key strategic section of Xerox.com as well as, key regional requirements.
Understands and is subject matter expert on personas for the businesses and collaborates on content marketing to ensure relevant content is presented on the site resulting in lead generation for the businesses to increase bottom line revenue.
Work across Digital Marketing to ensure and accelerate implementation of marketing programs while advocating for the lines of businesses.
Lead reviews of site performance with businesses and ensure integration of insights into digital marketing strategies to advance agility in marketing.
Collaborate with senior management on future site direction strategies to increase visits and conversions on Xerox.com.
Lead by example with peers to model exemplary digital marketing practices and behaviors for the function.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Ten plus years in Marketing; three to five years of managing online web experiences.
Three to five years of business analysis experience in large companies with multiple functions or business units preferred
Outstanding global project management expertise working in a matrix organizational structure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of lines of businesses and technical resources
Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive working style and extremely organized
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and deadlines working with a focus on velocity.
Understands enough HTML and web-based technologies to work effectively with technical staff
