Title: Web Developer/Business Analyst - IP

The jobholder will work at the heart of European service operations helping to develop creative web solutions and capturing and analysing operational data to ensure the group delivers sound profitable results and service activity meets customer and market expectations.

The role would suit a candidate with strong analytical skills and as such would suit a student studying a Computer, Technology or IT related degree.
What will I be doing?
* Assisting the Reporting Manager and Analysts in maintaining the integrity of the data, producing management business and information reports.
* Providing standard and ad hoc reporting services to the user community whilst working with the group to develop and define new reporting requirements including development, administration and maintenance of Web Services.
* Tailoring existing software to customer requirements.
* Web programming using ASP.NET 3.5 technology and the designing and development for internal customer websites.
What skills do I need?
* A strong customer focus.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines effectively.
* Good interpersonal skills – ability to work effectively in a team environment but equally able to work proactively and on own initiative as required.
* Good knowledge of XHTML & XML, CSS, SQL, Javascript, Debugging and C#.
* Good working knowledge of web programming and web-page design.
