Xerox Sr. Analyst, Information Management Business Operations in Webster, New York
Responsible for developing, implementing and/or executing financial, administrative, people management, organizational, governance and other processes required for the smooth and effective operation of XIM or a major XIM organization and for leading organizational change initiatives for Xerox Information Management (XIM) or a major XIM organization. Develops, implements and executes, or oversees the execution of major governance activities for XIM or a major XIM organization. Provides advice and counsel to one or more XIM senior leadership team members on administrative, financial, operational, personnel, organizational and other matters. Develops and deploys organizational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: * The role holder is a senior individual contributor responsible for performing the processes, activities and reporting required to effectively and efficiently run the business of XIM or a major XIM organization. * Responsible for the development, implementation and/or execution of financial, administrative, people management, organizational, governance policies, processes and procedures required for the smooth and effective operation of XIM or a major XIM organization * Development and delivery of communications within the organization. * Influences and performs organizational change initiatives for an organization * Develops, implements and executes governance activities for the organization * Provides counsel and support to the organizational leadership team members and/or members of the management team, on administrative, financial, operational, personnel, organizational and other matters * Captures, analyzes and reports key business, financial, compliance, project and/or compliance key performance indicator (KPI) metrics
Experience: * Typically has extensive experience in multiple IT areas and significant relevant financial and/or administrative experience. * Understand the elements of Operations and Planning (e.g. know how to define and implement operational processes, procedures, and controls; know how to define and implement policies to support tactical and strategic initiatives) * Knowledge in Organizational Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Operations Excellence (e.g. efficiency improvements, elimination of organization waste, tight cost controls etc.). * Sound knowledge of change management and the use of metrics.
Certifications: LSS Green Belt
Bachelor Degree: Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or other related field; or equivalent and relevant work experience
