Xerox Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialist-Lead in United States

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialist Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of application production support and Compensation activities and in the Oracle’s Cloud Human Capital Management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledgeable in the Oracle Cloud HCM product

  • Understand client business requirements

  • Support the whole compensation process, configuration, preparation and execution.

  • Assist with requests for supportof Mass Data Updates,HCM Data Loader (HCL), spreadsheetloader, File Based Loader (FBL) and payroll batch loader(PBL)

  • Support change requests

  • Troubleshoot issues

  • Lead a 24x7 team while also providing "hands on" support

Knowledge Base:

  • Oracle’s Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud:

  • Fusion Core HR functionality and configuration

  • Data Loaders: HDL, spreadsheet loader, PBL

  • Fusion Absence management and configuration

  • Workflow approvals

  • Fusion Workforce Rewards solution (Compensation)

  • Knowledge of Oracle’s Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud.

  • Understanding of Core HR functionality and configuration.

  • Knowledge of Oracle’s Fusion Workforce Rewards solution (Compensation).

  • Experience should be across multiple modules such as; Core HR, Payroll, Compensation or Absence Management in R11

  • Experience in HCM Extracts, BIP and fast formulas.

  • Experience in mass data uploads using HDL, spreadsheet, FBL and PBL

  • Experience in generating reporting using BI Publisher

  • Extensive experience in gathering business requirements; performing functional fit/gap analysis; presenting best practices; creating current & future process flow diagrams; performing risk analysis; recommending solutions, alternatives & workarounds; creating functional specs for tech team; configuring, creating testing strategies, test scenarios& test scripts; leading all phases of the implementationand/orupgrade life-cycle.

  • Excellent communication. Needs to be an effective liaison between the client executive team, business analysts, and technical team. Works well with clients and other consultants.

  • Troubleshooting production issues and thinking critically in pressure situations.

  • HRIS experience providing support for HR and employee queries.

  • Assist in assessment of upgrades and testing during system upgrades and patches.

  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendor and HR to drive system enhancements as required

  • Excellent communication. Needs to be an effective liaison between the client executive team, business analysts, and technical team. Works well with clients and other consultants.

  • Assist in assessment of upgrades and testing during system upgrades and patches.

  • Experience leading teams. Responsible for the India team and reporting into the organizational management.

  • Experience with meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and producing the monthly SLA reporting for the team.

  • Jira experience a plus.

  • Spanish language experience a plus but not required.
