Title: Volume Office Product Manager
Location: United Kingdom-Greater London-Uxbridge
Responsible for planning and organising multiple product launches, including training, focusing on Segments 1 to 2 and complimentary channel products, enabling the successful release of assigned products to ensure that the products meet or exceed business objectives.
* Manage the successful launch of assigned Office products through the organisation, including press releases and presentation, and Country sales/ marketing staff.
* Ensure training completed in Master Distributor partners for these products/Software & Solutions
* Liaise with the Product Marketing Group in DMO for future product development and provide input on existing product trends.
* Monitor product performance in terms of sales into and out of the Channels, inventory levels, and product mix enabling correct inventory and production planning.
* To fully understand the technical issues associated with products and the ability to communicate all product features and benefits compared to the competition products.
* Define most appropriate product messaging to ensure marketing materials reinforce the product positioning strategy.
* Leadership/Team Management - Able to involve and motivate staff and business partners towards the achievement of core objectives.

* Marketing - Understand the range of effective marketing tools available Able to work with a range of external and internal business drivers, including company Directors to achieve business objectives.
* Solid Product Management experience.
* Experience in leading multiple projects, with proven track record of delivery against target.
