Title: Training Assistant IP

In brief
To maintain existing business systems training and support materials and develop new materials as required.

This role sits within the Learning & Development team and would therefore suit a candidate studying a Business or HR related degree.
What will I be doing?
* Timely development and delivery of updated and accurate business systems and process training and support materials, to defined standards
* Point of expertise in the administration of the Business Systems Knowledge Centre, including the building and maintenance of self-paced learning courses and the uploading and downloading of materials on the site as required.
* Assist in the testing of upgrades for the Business Systems Knowledge Centre.
* Undertake changes to training and material required updates from change requests, maintenance releases and system upgrades.
* Work with process owners to ensure training and support materials are correct, signed off and sign-off evidence filed.
* Timely communications of changes to training and support materials to stakeholders through Training Material Update Bulletins
* Respond to questions from the Business Systems Knowledge Centre and help to resolve any issues
* Create and maintain simulations using the Assima Training Suite and Adobe Captivate (full training will be given)
* Generate reports from the Business Systems Knowledge Centre, as required
* Report and analyse usage of materials
* Maintain ESAP Position to course mapping
* Review S&A reports for new joiners/movers, map individual to course(s), create learning path, forward to Learning & Development for onward communication to trainee.Provide regular reports from the Business Systems Knowledge Centre on self-paced learning course completion
What skills do I need?
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential with a good degree of creative flair and an eye for detail.
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
* A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach able to work on own initiative to deadlines, planning work effectively.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
