In brief
The student will join the A2B competence centre which manages a European wide business transformation project. This is a very large pan European SAP implementation; covering 16 countries and approximately 80,000 users (supporting internal employees, Xerox customers and business partners), and supporting 50% of Xerox's European Business. In particular they will become part of the Service Delivery Team, which supports the ongoing operation of this application.

What will I be doing?
* Working in a support environment based on ITIL service management best practice.
* Operational Reporting completing weekly and monthly reporting measuring the service being provided to the European Business. Being the back up for daily reporting and assisting in extracts if there are errors.
* Risks and Issue Management Chairing a weekly meeting to review A2B competency centre Service Delivery Risks and Issues and progress actions with team members.
* Website Development and Maintenance Actively updating and maintaining the Service Delivery website to ensure the validity of the data and the opportunity to improve the website, where deemed necessary.
* Process owner for the New Starters and Leavers process.
* Controlling the A2B Document Repository.
* Holiday calendar maintenance.
* Solmon ticketing tool back up.
What skills do I need?
* Good organisational skills with some knowledge and awareness of project planning and systems development lifecycle principles. Able to plan and prioritise workload, meeting deadlines successfully.
* Good interpersonal skills able to work effectively in a team environment but equally able to work pro-actively and on own initiative as required.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Computer literacy specifically with good MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. A knowledge of pivot tables would be an advantage.
