Title: Annuity Analyst - IP

In brief
The jobholder will join the Annuity Revenue Team, responsible for providing management information, financial reporting and analysis to drive incremental service revenue. The role has small elements of programme management, but is mainly orientated around business analysis.

What will I be doing?
* Providing regular and ad-hoc management reporting and analysis for annuity revenue streams, profitability and pricing; supporting the achievement of the annuity revenue and gross profit targets for Xerox.
* Using revenue data and working with the Annuity Manager and Sales & Service teams to develop and improve revenue and productivity for existing and prospective customer accounts.
* Supporting the Annuity Manager in the analysis of specific customer reviews, conducting service contract pricing validation.
* Providing key communications to sales and service teams within Xerox, in the form of reports, emails, newsletters and ongoing material on the Xerox intranet.
What skills do I need?
* Good interpersonal skills, a confident communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to work well in a team environment.
* An organised approach with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines effectively in a proactive manner
* Strong analytical skills, able to analyse data and reports to support decision-making.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, ideally with strong Excel and Access skills.
