Job Description Provides first and second level technical support

•Provides hands on solutions at the desktop and server level including hardware installation, software updates and system configurations

•Strong Windows, application and hardware support and knowledge

•Experience supporting the MS Office Suite, MS Operating Systems, MS Active Directory, Group Policies, printer queues, shared files and shared printers

•Experience supporting mobile devices iPhone, Android, BlackBerry

•Log into ticketing queue daily and track active issues until closure

•Creates and maintains IT policy and procedure documentation when required

•Receives and deploy desktops, monitors and laptops

•Identifies and escalates tickets to development and operations team

Required Skills/Qualifications

•Good problem solving and interpersonal skills

•Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•Ability to work independently and in a team environment

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Anti-Virus and Helpdesk tracking software

•Networking knowledge would be an asset
