We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and professional field engineer to join our customer service team in Stockholm as soon as possible. As a Customer Service Engineer you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of high end production printers at our client sites, providing excellent customer service to some of our most prestigious clients.
The role would suit an enthusiastic candidate with some technical experience and a willingness to learn and develop. We provide full training on all our products and services.
Installation, maintenance and repair of own company and third party products and systems including hardware, software, networking products and operating systems.
Facilitate or escalate customer issues and complaints, both internally and externally
Identify problems in straightforward situations, and make sound decisions using standard procedures
Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
High School Diploma / (GED) / Secondary School GCSE or equivalent Leaving Certificate
A background in electrical engineering would be an advantage
Effective interactive skills and ability to work as part of a team
Fluent Swedish and ability to understand manuals and training documents in English
Aptitude for understanding and solving problems in a methodical and logical manner
Willing to assume responsibility for customer problems
Able to maintain and project a helpful and courteous attitude in any circumstances
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Must have a driving license
