Xerox Operations Analyst in Rochester, New York

Responsible for inventory management, including logistics, missing & damages, reconciliations, and sale proceeds. Key objectives are to minimize inventory aging, limit the NBV exposure, and monitor internal inventory requests.

  • Manage MCO inventory and conduct inventory reconciliations to limit NBV and maximize sales revenue

  • Handle all freight and shipment requests for internal and external customers

  • Responsible for monthly reporting related to internal sales activity

  • Approve and track internal equipment requests

  • Manage repossession process

  • Manage missing and damage process from CLC network

  • Assist with Asset Management Compliance Audits

  • Reconcile equipment returns for lease portfolio

  • Backup for Asset Management daily reporting and file uploads


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years of proven asset management and/or portfolio management experience DESRIED CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Working understanding and knowledge of Office Imaging or small ticket

  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, high achiever and strong social skills

  • Team player who is outgoing and driven

  • Ability to build strong relationships with key individuals and influencers

  • Ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, verbal, and written
