Job Responsibilities

  • Initiates, coordinates, and executes administrative support to the Audit Department
  • Provides executive administrative support to senior managers in the organization
  • Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
  • Arranges conference calls
  • Meets and greets visitors
  • Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence(s),memos, E-mails and faxes, using individual initiative and as assigned
  • Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organized filing system
  • Files correspondence and other records for easy access and retrieval
  • Coordinates calendars and schedules appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule changes
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Completes expense reports and processes invoices
  • Conducts research; compiles and types statistical reports; prepares presentation material
  • Coordinates meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording and transcribing meeting minutes
  • Orders and maintains supplies; coordinates equipment maintenance
  • Performs general clerical duties
  • Filing, copying, faxing, and mailing

    Essential/Skills Knowledge

  • Minimum of 3 yrs experience within Admin/Executive Assistant role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Ability to type minimum 30 WPM


    High School diploma, required

    Bachelors/Associate, preferred
