Qualifications include:
* Previous expertise opening new Accounts at a Financial Institution or related experience with legal titling of accounts (familiar with Trust, POA, POD, documents)

  • Branch or operations experience, Prefer 1 to 4 years

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • PC Skills – specifically Microsoft Outlook

  • Ability to perform under pressure while being self- motivated

  • Quality written and communication skills

    This position is primary responsibility to complete the daily review of scanned documents to ensure compliance with established guidelines, responding to e-mails, producing reports, resolving outstanding transactions reflected on reports, while servicing the client.

  • Review and processing of documents that support account title. The review is online, legal review of documents scanned by the branch to ensure documents comply with client policy and state guidelines established for the account title.

  • Identifies, reports, and escalates transaction errors and problems.

  • Solves routine operational problems within guidelines and policies.

  • Open, empty contents and prepare Output Review bags for return to the designated branch/department.

  • Sort documentation received for Scanning and re-direct all other mail to the appropriate department.

  • Coordinate the daily work, track & record errors with document review/escalations; resolve complex questions,

  • Contact and interact with the Legal team when necessary.

  • Find efficiencies in Workflow and Process

  • Assist in creating standards and writing procedures

  • Support management with special projects and testing, as needed
