Purpose:
• Project Manager takes responsibility and accountability for ensuring that the project produces the required results- to the required scope, milestones, quality and budget.
• Project Manager is accountable for the project delivering the expected and agreed outcomes which are accepted by the customer(s) identified in the project initiation/planning artifacts (e.g., the business case, statement of work, project initiation document, etc.).

Scope:
• Project Manager is accountable for delivering every element of a project agreed in the project plan to the required scope, timescale, quality and budget and will coordinate and manage a team of identified resources assigned to the project as well as managing agreed elements of the relationships with the customer, partner(s), subcontractor(s) and other Xerox stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manages the delivery of the project, ensuring that the project produces the required results -- to the required scope, milestones, quality and budget.
• Engages appropriate individuals to form the project delivery team and takes part in recruitment activities as required.
• Ensures that all members of the team undestand the project objectives by having a robust project start-up in line with accepted industry practice (e.g., PMI or Prince 2).
• Ensuring appropriate sign off and acceptance of the project deliverables.
• Ongoing planning and coordination of the required resources needed to complete the project on time and to budget.
• Develops and maintains relationship with relevant stakeholders in Xerox, in client or in partner organizations.
• Ensures all project management deliverables (e.g., risk log, project plan, project documentation) are maintained and quality assured regularly by identified stakeholders.
• Manages project risks with the team and client.
• Produces Management Information to show and communicate progress in project tasks/milestones as well as finances.
• Develops and owns project communication plan to ensure consistent understanding of project progress within key stakeholders. This includes ensuring that the relevant stakeholders are informed of any significant risks or changes and in return obtaining the required decisions and direction.
• Ensures that project timescales and costs are understood and accepted by all relevant stakeholders.
• Manages project budget and identifies opportunities for reducing costs and required effort.
• Ongoing and periodic monitoring of progress to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and required results are realized.
• Ensures regular project reviews take place and that effective and rigorous change control mechanisms are used and scope changes are escalated and resolved appropriately.
• Ensures adherence to company guidelines and goverance processes (e.g, BMPP and TMP) and sensible application of appropriate project management best practice.
• Contributes to the development and sharing of methodologies/best practice with Sales teams, Service development teams, Service Delivery Managers, Bid teams and other Pre-Sales and Implementation functions.


Candidate Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree, relevant subject 

Professional Certifications:
Preferred: Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PMI or Prince 2) or has aspirations to obtain these

Minimum requirements:
Experience in successfully delivering projects to required scope, quality, timescale and budget

The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for the design, re-design and development of cutting edge printheads and ink supply systems for our award winning line of color printers: Phaser &amp; Color Cube. The products consist of metal plates, ceramic actuators, cast metals, injection molded plastics, sheet metal, insulation, and many other electro-mechanical components. This role will participate in a cross-functional team which included Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Marketing to design, develop, and test these printheads. You’ll be expected to develop mechanical components and technology strategies thru conception to production.

May evaluate products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability and ensure project completion. Works with other members of the engineering and operations staff to ensure that products are developed to meet all performance and quality standards in a timely manner. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.

• The Accounting &amp; Internal Control Specialist is responsible for timely testing and review of internal controls over financial and operating information in a variety of control cycles in a complex operating environment, for maintaining timely and accurate control and process flow documentation, for engagement planning, for evaluation of control deficiencies and opportunities for improvement, for quantification of financial statement risk, and for assisting Management in developing action plans to resolve control issues in a manner that enables or furthers achievement of control objectives in conjunction with achievement of business unit goals. • Through structured testing programs based on a Certus platform, the Accounting &amp; Internal Control Specialist initiates, plans, executes, monitors, documents results of internal control test programs to assess whether or not organizational control objectives are being met. The Accounting &amp; Internal Control Specialist establishes timelines and communicates information needs in order to complete these tests of control objectives. The Accounting &amp; Internal Control Specialist is responsible for adhering to deadlines in performing these duties.
• The Accounting &amp; Internal Control Specialist must identify situations where the process work flow documentation no longer reflects current activities and update in a timely manner. This includes a review and sign-off by the process owner.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure appropriate involvement of operations in tests of internal controls and special projects.
• Review and update internal control process documentation in conjunction with process owners.
• Complete annual plan for Sarbanes Oxley control testing and remediate gaps within one quarter.
• Document all testing and issues on the Certus System.
• Cross-reference work papers to clearly show sources of audit support and links to related documents. Support how the conclusion is reached for each control objective. Provide clear linkages from the testing performed to the conclusions reached.
• Complete non-key control walkthroughs annually.
• Assist with the XMAC processes for NARS and Accounting/Finance as requested, including assistance with vital sign and enterprise risk analysis and presentation.
• Review all balance sheet reconciliations quarterly and follow up on corrective actions timely.
• Complete and document reviews of entity controls quarterly.
• Assist with requests relating to quarterly or annual PwC audits in a timely manner.
• Assist with requests relating to internal audits in a timely manner, and in ensuring all recommendations are closed in a timely manner.
• Organize discussions with client departments prior to closing out any testing where issues are raised or findings exist. Participate actively in the calculation of the financial and nonfinancial effects of all findings or issues raised during from quarterly testing.
• Promptly communicate to the Internal Controls Manager evidence of potential weaknesses, errors, or fraud that may arise during testing.

Change Management:
• Adapt Internal Control activities to reflect additions and changes to Xerox corporate accounting policies within one testing period of issuance by WWAS.
• Proactively manage system and operational changes in Wilsonville to identify risks and prevent accounting and internal control issues from arising. Promptly notify local Operations and Finance management of any potential risks related to environment or business changes.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management required, MBA preferred.
Professional Certifications: CPA and/or CIA certification strongly preferred
