Promotion to Sr. Associate-KRC (MASI Group)

  • Overall Assessment Rating of 2.5 (out of 3.0) or above.

  • Meet the qualifications/requirements outlined above.

  • Demonstrated contribution/performance at the Sr. Associate level for at least two consecutive years

  • Understanding of all internal processes that provides support to the department (Finance, Marketing, Legal)

  • Willing to talk with clients on a regular basis and be measured by sales goals

  • Ability to talk in public

  • Master’s degree or HR certification is desired

Candidate Education:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Candidate Background:

Minimum Breadth and depth of experience in a services consultancy or equivalent environment

Minimum Sound experience in setting up robust and achievable project plans and monitoring the delivery against performance

Minimum Developing sound Business Consulting skills and knowledge in a selection of the following areas: e.g. Problem-solving, Negotiations, Assessments, Presentations, Technical Writing, Listening, Facilitation, Project Management, Influence Decisions and delivering Billable Work

Minimum Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority, both formally and informally

Minimum The ability to obtain and effectively use information, including the ability to identify the information needed, seek the information from a variety of sources, and skillfully extract and report the information for business benefit

Minimum Expertise in project management principles including proficient use of relevant project management tools

Minimum Able to demonstrate effective and successful contributions to team and/or cross-functional team objectives

Minimum The ability to resolve complex problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner
