Xerox Leave of Absence Specialist in Nuevo Leon, Mexico

Job Summary

( ADAAA is the American’s with Disabilities Amendment Act which provides accommodations for employees with disabling medical conditions to include time away from work or workplace accommodations .)

Provides administrative support to the ADAAA Accommodation Team to include, but not limited to the following:

Primary responsibilities & accountabilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to employees (average 200 per week) on a weekly basis.

  • Receive, Review, and Process requests/claims by creating and tracking cases and information into database with detail provided from ADAAA Department and internal request forms.

  • Track, file and secure all pertinent confidential documentation in each case created.

  • Respond to email inquiries received from employees and managers.

  • Email proper documents to employees and managers.

  • Prepare and send email and mail merges.

  • Receive and work with PHI (Private Health Information) with the highest level of required confidentiality.

  • Escalate issues as appropriate.

  • Produce simple to complex reports on a regular basis.

  • Identify trends and recommend continuous process improvement strategies to management.

  • Perform other job-related duties as needed and assigned

Skills/Qualifications: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills, data entry skills, organization, customer focus, ability to multi-task, attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma ( Certificado de Preparatoria) required , college preferred

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent communications skills, 1-2 years HR experience preferred
