Reporting to the U.S. Records Functional Manager located in Monterrey, Mexico, the Records Management Associate is responsible for detailed information gathering, input, record-keeping, monitoring, and reporting duties for U.S. employees. The Associate collects personnel information and maintains electronic personnel records involving the processing of a wide variety of status changes from source documents, researches inquiries and communicates appropriate information to a variety of sources through correspondence, reports or phone. This position requires heavy use of HR and Vendor technology systems, including strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills. Job Duties will include
Receive incoming calls and/or electronic requests to provide employment and income verification.
Respond to government employment verification forms for :
o Food Stamps
o Aid to Families with dependent Children (AFDC)
o Temporary Aid Needy Families (TANF)
o Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
o Housing program
o Social Security
o Child Support
o Office of Personnel Management
o Veterans Affairs
Receive and work with PI (Private Information) with the highest level of required confidentiality.
May work directly with employees and supervisors on simple data requests that can be handled directly.
Skills/Qualifications: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills, data entry skills, organization, customer focus, ability to multi-task, ability to work US Central Time Zone hours Qualifications High school diploma ( Certificado de Preparatoria) required , college preferred Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent communications skills, 1-2 years HR experience preferred
