Promotion to Associate-KRC (MASI Group)

  • Overall Assessment Rating of 2.5 (out of 3.0) or above.

  • Meet the qualifications/requirements outlined above.

  • Demonstrated contribution/performance at the Associate level for at least two consecutive years

  • Understanding of Buck consulting practices and survey needs

  • Willing to talk with clients on a regular basis

Candidate Education:

Minimum Associate Degree / College Diploma /Cegep / A Levels

Preferred Bachelor's Degree

Candidate Background:

Minimum Past experience in a services consultancy or equivalent environment

Minimum Sound experience in setting up robust and achievable project plans and monitoring the delivery against performance

Minimum Developing sound Business Consulting skills and knowledge in a selection of the following areas: e.g. Problem-solving, Negotiations, Assessments, Presentations, Technical Writing, Listening, Facilitation, Project Management, Influence Decisions and delivering Billable Work

Minimum Demonstrate the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues of a similar status, both formally and informally

Minimum Able to logically examine and interpret information from different sources to develop a course of action.

Minimum Demonstrate competency in maintaining project documents using approved methodology, tools, and templates.

Minimum Contributes fully to an effective team environment; demonstrates willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals
