Title: Manager, Corporate Communications
Location: United States-Connecticut-Norwalk
- Develop, implement and oversee communications programs that effectively describe and promote Xerox … our brand, products, services and corporate initiatives. This includes delivery of multimedia communication materials and providing executive writing support.
- Develop and implement multimedia corporate communications strategy, including positioning, platform development and project management.
- Provide communications/marketing support for key corporate platforms of innovation, Lean Six Sigma and sustainability working with subject matter experts and various senior organizational leaders.
- Develop, produce and maintain brand communication materials and collaterals that represent the corporation, its enterprise-wide offerings and differentiated value propositions, ie: Xerox overview video, capabilities presentation, fact sheet, elevator talk tracks, etc.
- Oversee production of enterprise reports, both online and printed versions. Responsibilities include development of break through creative, benchmark latest trends and tightly manage budget. (Annual Report, Report on Global Citizenship)
- Oversee the management and coordination of Xerox’s Leadership Team Meeting / Senior Council Meetings, including theme, agenda development, production and event support and presentation, video and collateral development.
- Provide executive writing support for the CEO and other top executives including blog posts, speeches, op-eds, letters, etc.
- Marketing and/or communications professional with demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and people.
- Portfolio of creative executions produced for corporate purposes, i.e. annual reports, brochures, presentations.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills. Strong editing skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing creative agencies and implementing large-scale global communication projects.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organizational skills and make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and effectively manage communications involving confidential and sensitive topics.
- 10 years in marketing and/or communications role with demonstrated experience leading communications-related projects and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree, masters preferred in communication, marketing or related area.
