Xerox Digital Marketing Manager in Norwalk, Connecticut

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven individual who enjoys a fast pace environment with proven B-B and/or B2B2C digital marketing experience along with demand generation expertise who will be the digital marketing manager for a major section of Xerox.com. The ideal candidate will proactively work globally with line of business marketers to deliver strong, contemporary digital experiences with strong relevant content mapped to the customer owned journeys that increases lead generation and business impact on Xerox.com. Will work in an Agile environment using analytics and test-and-learn methods to rapidly improve and optimize the site experience while communicating with business partners on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Actively partner with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, business offering marketing, channel marketing, corporate communications, demand generation marketing, experiential, customer support to expand education and penetration of digital activity.

  • Based on digital marketing expertise, provide recommendations for a consistent online customer experience and identify new opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with our audiences.

  • Gather internal customer requirements and use them to create in-depth marketing and creative brief documents for scoping, prioritization and implementation with internal web design, development and/or external agencies for an integrated global digital experience.

  • Own and drivedevelopment of and accountable for implementation of an integrated global digital experience for a key strategic section of Xerox.com.

  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all digital marketing initiatives across web, content and social owned properties.

  • Understand and be subject matter expert on personas and customer journeys relative to digital for the businesses and

  • Collaborate on content marketing to ensure relevant content is presented on the site and integrated into customer journey resulting in lead generation for the businesses to increase bottom line revenue.

  • Identify and develop new opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers, and increase sales.

  • Lead reviews of site performance with businesses and ensure integration of insights into digital marketing strategies to advance agility in marketing.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, develop and deliver dynamic, world-class content.

  • Lead by example with peers to model exemplary digital marketing practices and behaviors for the function.

  • Analyze and measure business impact for brand awareness, conversion and loyalty using web analytics and research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

  • Ten plus years in Marketing; six to eight years of marketing of digital web experiences.

  • Five to seven years of business analysis experience in large companies with multiple functions or business units preferred

  • Outstanding global project management expertise working in a matrix organizational structure

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of lines of businesses, executives and technical resources

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive working style and extremely organized

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and deadlines working with a focus on velocity.

  • Understands enough HTML and web-based technologies to work effectively with technical staff

  • Experience with Drupal and/or WordPress or similar content management systems, Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms and Adobe Site Catalyst or Google Analytics

  • Strong familiarity with executing best practices in all digital functions including: web development, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO, etc), and web analytics.

  • Strong familiarity with mobile marketing and commercialization -- websites and landing pages.

  • Experience in presenting digital strategy plans, concepts and campaign results.
