Xerox Services is seeking an experienced Regional VP with comprehensive knowledge of technical and operational aspects of the Tolling/Transportation industry. The Regional VP is responsible for daily operations and oversight of various Programs within the defined region. This includes all service delivery operations including Call Center, Correspondence, Productions Support, Walk-in Center, Back Office and related functions. This position will have direct supervision over several key Programs/Program Managers, and indirectly responsible for all front line employees. The Regional VP will ensure there is compliance with required contract performance standards and service level agreements. Additionally, the VP will have overall responsibility for the region operations in all areas including service delivery, profit and loss responsibility, contract deliverables/program goals and act as a mentor/leader to the Managers responsible for the various accounts.
This position directs and controls the activities of the Region to help drive continuous improvements to increase productivity, optimize the customer experience, and reduce costs and risks through innovation, operational, and technological enhancements. Work with Program Managers and Corporate support functions to build a culture of excellence and exceptional customer service. Work with existing clients and Sales Executives to identify opportunities for additional revenue growth and assisting with the development of proposals for such opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage regional revenue/profit results to meet business objectives
Drive continuous improvements to increase productivity reduce costs
Develop the operational discipline and focus to identify and pursue core markets
Cost Management, Forecasting
Contract negotiations, rebids and change orders
Key Skills and Experience:
Tolling & Transportation Experience (with 5 years in Leadership role)
Excellent written and communications skills with ability to present to Sr. Executives
Negotiation and client relationship skills
Experience with Data Analytics is a plus
Proven ability to manage a large group of staff in a matrixed environment
Ability to influence Leaders and set/implement Strategy across Sr. Managers of existing business
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or IT curriculum (preferred)
