_Additional Job Responsibilities_

  • Attends client calls and gathers requirements
  • Serves as a bridge connecting internal client team members, providing ideas, instructions and feedback
  • Oversees data interface file processes, requirements, and testing
  • Coordinates with clients and vendors related to data transmission
  • Understands businesses and key business activities that the software platform serves
  • Understands the details of the services and functions of the Advantage software application and related support activities
  • Successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Prioritizes work where appropriate and manages deadlines
  • Guides the activities of other staff
  • Works with clients, vendors and internal staff to determine and document requirements for application functionality and data interface functionality
  • Updates documentation as needed
  • Oversees, manages specifications and documentationrepository to ensure completeness and consistency
  • Assists in changes and improvements to ongoing processes related to data interface specifications and requirements gathering
  • Performs client setup and configuration when requested
  • Briefs assigned client managers and developer(s) on the specifications and be available for guidance on specific issues
  • Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
  • Develops and maintains accurate test plans and scenarios
  • Participates in testing activities as needed
  • With client/vendor input, develops specifications for various data interfaces
  • Maintains specification documents
  • Tests and/or coordinates testing efforts for completed data interfaces
  • Works with development staff to answer questions and provide clarification on requirements
  • Ensures all data interface specifications are maintained in a designated repository
  • Manages requested changes to data interface files using defined procedures
  • Collaborates with the client leads to establish priorities for product delivery
  • Works with internal staff and external users to accomplish assigned initiatives
