The Customer Service Representative (Telemed Customer Service Patient Advocate) is the first point of contact to a patient and provides “Customer Excellence” in a telephonic setting. The CSR provides support to our patients through a variety of programs utilizing engagement, active listening, and customer skills. CSR must ensure that every patient is provided with a positive, informative experience that focuses on quality and excellent customer service. Telemedicine CSR provides telephonic service to our patients through inbound/outbound calls . Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Demonstrate RSA Medical’s Mission Vision and Values
Be part of Customer Service Delivery Team
Handling inbound and outbound high volume telephone calls for our Telemedicine Department.
May need medical knowledge and terminology to properly direct calls
May need medical knowledge and terminology to utilize telesystemsn and program specific to RSA Medical’s Legacy program.
Leave scripted voicemails
Research member phone numbers and contact information
Categorize a variety of call types using the RSA Medical tele-system
Take mesesages from members for future call back opportunities
Route calls to open Clinical Interaction Specialists QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume, interactive customer serviceor call center environment, is required
Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture.
The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
The ability to work in a team environment.
The ability to sit for long periods of time.
Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
Must pass drug test and state, federal and criminal background check
THIS IS A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY 40 HOURS PER WEEK WITH FLEXIBLE HOURS
