1st Shift, Project-Based (seasonal), Case Research Specialist, onsite

As an Entry-Level Case Research Specialist you will analyze medical claims and further investigate those claims where recovery potential exists.The investigation process includes:

  • Talking on the phone 90% of your work day

  • Initiating telephone contact and written correspondence with insurance claims adjusters and personal injury attorneys

  • Using the Internet and other resources to fully investigate our clients’ insurance claims

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly production goals

Entry-Level Case Research Specialists are responsible for processing a high volume of cases in a fast-paced production environment, and meeting monthly quality and quantity standards. We offer a thorough training program that provides our trainees with the necessary tools and resources to become successful Specialists. This is a goal-oriented position where one must strive for quality and quantity production standards. The best candidates for this role are self-starters with superb analytical skills, decision-making ability, organizational skills, and the ability towork independently while still being an effective part of a team.

Job Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills

Great Typing Skills: 40 adjusted wpm

This Project-Based (seasonal) position will last up to six months

Option to convert to a Regular position based on job performance

Availability to work 40 hours/week Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm

Ability to complete 8 weeks of onsite training starting on September 19, 2016

Ability to pass a Drug Test

Ability to pass a Background Investigation

H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate

18 Years of Age or Older
