Position Objective:
• Provide Engineering shift support for Resin Process and XMDU Manufacturing Operations in Oklahoma City.

Essential Functions:
• Participate as a team player in maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
• Provide engineering and supervisory support to assure production schedule and other plant performance metrics are met
• Schedule, direct and assist mechanics to support maintenance activities for process equipment
• Lead process improvement/productivity projects. Maintain, repair and upgrade manufacturing equipment, control systems and processes
• Troubleshoot and correct production issues to achieve and improve rates, yields and uptime targets


Candidate Education:
• Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering

Skills, Knowledge &amp; Ability:
• Significant previous industrial experience with PLC, HMI, Robotic and other process control environments
• Previous experience in people management

Minimum Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as a structured problem solver with a solution driven approach
• Successful application of Quality Tools
• Excellent safe work and housekeeping practices
• Flexibility in terms of tasks undertaken and working hours
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must meet all OSHA requied medical clearance exams

A Division of the Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Group , located near Rochester, New York provides facilities support for the group which designs, manufactures, and markets office products and provides business services.  

The selected Electrical Engineering candidate will work site and facilities engineering group to provide technical support for project, operations, and maintenance activities.


Provide valuable support to the operations and maintenance teams to:

* Troubleshoot electrical system issues.
* Perform load analysis to understand and forecast load changes. Plan infrastructure improvements to address load growth.
* Support electrical maintenance operations for general facilities issues, high availability data center operations, and high voltage switching processes.
* Audit new construction and maintenance electrical activities for code compliance.
* Provide technical support for lighting automation and power metering communications networks and systems.
* Identify energy savings opportunities and develop implementation projects.





The qualified candidate will have a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3.0 GPA Required.

Co-op experience in facilities electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, controls/automation systems, and/or energy management

Familiarity with the National Electric Code (NFPA – 70) is a plus

Candidate should be able to demonstrate high academic achievement and good working knowledge of engineering principles.


Good communication skills, both written and oral, are required.
