Provide specialist Xerox tool support for the technical architectural design and technical delivery service for contract life, from proof of concept to live deployment / service delivery acceptance for all software or hardware solution components, including current and future innovations for service improvements
Deliver smooth implementation of technical solution within new or additional service stream within XGS managed services contracts by providing a specialist Xerox Tools support for the components , understanding fully the Xerox Tool packages available and any upgrade migration paths. Able to support the XE business at both central and country level in order to recommend the correct technical proposition.
Engage and support other work streams, as required as well as providing a specialist support role during the testing and rollout of the technical solution within the guidelines of the contracted service.
Identify opportunities to further develop other service offerings.
Develop and implement the provision of a technical architectural design and technical delivery implementation service for contract life, from proof of concept to live deployment/service delivery. Be accountable for the acceptance of all solution components including current and future innovation. Minimise the time taken to deliver maximum income whilst maintaining/improving service levels.
Provide a high level of system and network infrastructure knowledge in support of existing and new managed service accounts.
Thorough knowledge of the components that make up a Windows print infrastructure i.e. be able to lead as a Technical Project Manager.
Expert Knowledge and use of all Windows operating systems, applications, print and network infrastructure, Security Management, Firmware Management, Print Queue Management and Print Architecture.
Be able to setup a print infrastructure within a corporate environment essential and to be able to quote each necessary component for a successful printed document is also essential.
Demonstrate a high knowledge of supporting IT based solutions to an enterprise level environment
Liaisons with the Firm's technology teams
Have a high level working knowledge of commercial aspects of technical delivery.
Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to work within industry accepted good practice guidelines, preferably ITIL
Be Competent in the use of desktop tools to include MS Word, Excel, Project and Visio.
