• Recognized as an expert in the Transportation/ Tolling domain • Interprets Customer business issues / requirements and recommends solutions/best practices
Primary Responsibilities: • May perform one or more of the following: * Eliciting requirements * Requirements prioritization * Requirements analysis * Translating and simplifying Business requirements to Functional requirements along with the required documentation * Requirements management and communication * Play the role of SME within the Xerox Development team * Provide guidance to Development & Test teams on the scope of the functionality getting implemented * Support Delivery Manager in Effort & Time Estimation * Use documented requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment. Education & Experience: Should be a Graduate with exposure to Business Analysis activities in the Transportation/ Tolling domain. Should have relevant IT experience of 10 yrs. of which at least 4 years should have been in the role of a Business Analyst
Candidate Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree Preferred Master's Degree
Candidate Background: Minimum Shows a systematic, analytical approach to problem solving and shows aptitude for analyzing and managing problems arising from incidents. Minimum Demonstrates above average communication skills with an aptitude for dealing with users, colleagues and suppliers. Minimum Moderate project management experience Minimum Above average proficiency using standard Office productivity applications pc-based analytical tools. Minimum Takes initiative to keep own and skills up to date and to maintain awareness of and, in own area(s) of expertise. Minimum Technical knowledge and understanding of major technology areas, platforms, development processes and system lifecycles Minimum Demonstrates effective mentoring and coaching skills. Minimum Understands, explains and presents complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Minimum Broad and in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of major technology areas, platforms, development processes and system lifecycles
